Brock McKee II began his horological journey in high school in Oklahoma City, OK, when he started collecting watches and became deeply interested in the craft of watchmaking. While initially starting down a different path, McKee’s passion led him to enroll at Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology’s School of Watchmaking, graduating in 2015. Having worked at both jewelry stores and a corporate service center, McKee tapped into this practical experience along with his desire to share knowledge and ignite a passion for watchmaking in others, leading him to advance his career into teaching. He feels strongly that students leave his class not only with the necessary technical skills, but also with the critical thinking skills and continues to be a resource to all his students, past and present.
