We believe that quality watchmaking education is about more than simply learning how to repair a movement or detail a case. Watchmaking is about problem solving and providing a service to others. At the Rolex Watchmaking Training Center, this begins and ends with our dedicated team.
Coming from a variety of backgrounds, our team of seven technical instructors bring decades of watchmaking and teaching experience to our students. With different specialties and perspectives, students get a well-rounded education that prepares them for wherever their watchmaking journey might take them. And with an emphasis on mentorship and lifelong learning, our instructors are deeply invested in the long-term success of our students.
