Alana Jones

Administrative Assistant

Alana Jones studied dance at the University of North Texas before beginning her career as a leasing consultant in her native Dallas, Texas. After taking a few years off to care for a family member and to be a full-time mother, Alana joined Rolex as a member of the customer service team. In this capacity, she often worked as a liaison between customers, watchmakers, and jewelers to ensure great communication through the watch service experience. She also served as a trainer, helping new members of the team learn how to provide excellent service.

This passion for education and for helping others – which goes back to her time as a dance teacher – eventually resulted in her transitioning to the Rolex Watchmaking Training Center in the fall of 2023, where she now serves as administrative assistant. She believes strongly in the power of creativity and lifelong learning and is excited to see RWTC students forge their own paths as they enter the watchmaking workforce.
